Yes. Our adhesive tapes are medical-grade, hypoallergenic, latex-free, and specifically engineered to minimize irritation on delicate ear skin. However, if you have severe adhesive allergies, we recommend performing a small patch test on your inner arm before applying seeds to the ear.
Application & Safety
Ear seeds can typically be worn safely for 3 to 5 days. After this period, the adhesive naturally begins to loosen due to skin oils and daily wear. We recommend removing them, giving your skin a 24 to 48-hour break to breathe, and then applying a fresh set on either the same ear or alternating ears.
First, thoroughly clean and dry your ear skin using rubbing alcohol to remove any natural oils or lotions. Use tweezers to peel a seed, place it onto the target acupressure point detailed in our guide, and press down firmly on the adhesive. To activate them throughout the day, massage or gently press each seed in circular motions for 15 to 30 seconds whenever you feel the need for a wellness boost.
Yes, our medical-grade adhesive is water-resistant, meaning you can comfortably shower, wash your face, and sleep with your ear seeds in place. Just be sure to gently pat your ears dry with a towel afterward instead of rubbing them aggressively. Prolonged soaking (such as swimming or diving) may shorten the lifespan of the adhesive.

Returns & Warranty
